A well established company based in Hyde Park is seeking a Group Stock and Distribution Manager.
Duties:
Office Space Control
- Cleanliness and tidiness of the working office environment.
- Maintenance (Office Furniture, Gas heaters, Light bulbs, etc)
- Admin and Filling in all the required areas.
Omni System
- All system operated functions
- Stock Takes, Transfers, Adjustments, Quoting, Invoicing, Customer Accounts, Pricing and Amendments, Customer Deals & Discounts, Staff Appros and Omni generated Reporting.
- Training of new personnel on Omni related queries.
o Payroll Packs with Financial Manager
- Stock Take Losses, Appros and Customer Account updates.
o Influencer Account Management
- Processing, Updating and following up on influencer appros as well as closing off influencer accounts.
o Weekly Reports
- Weekly reports
- These include stock control reports, damages report and transfers report for the past week.
o DSV Courier
- Shipping and Account Management.
- Booking all collections between the stores and follow ups on ETA's and deliveries.
o Seasonal Stock Drop Planning
- Samples requisition planning, creating and delivered to the office.
- Stock Drop planning per season with VM and Operations Managers in the office.
- Sorting out samples at the office and then sending them out to the respective stores.
o Wholesale Stock Drop Planning
- Splitting wholesale samples and orders from the original shipment.
- Creating requisitions for these clients and then processing quotes for invoicing and payments.
- Updating wholesale customer accounts.
o Transfers
- Processing and completing Transfers between each of the stores and warehouses.
- IBT follow ups and completion.
- IBT checks with store managers.
o Driver
- Working together with Managers to organize planned and structured routes and deliveries.
Store Maintenance
o Weekly Maintenance Checks per store.
o Maintenance Reports are sent through from each store and are analyzed and dealt with.
(Fixtures, Lighting, Shopping Bags, POS Material etc)
Stock takes
o One or Two full store stock takes are completed in a month per store depending on the store needs.
o Follow ups and checking on coastal stores stock takes and updates.
Cargo Care
o Seasonal Drops
- Double checking any variances from international shipments.
- Requisitions from bonded warehouse to stores.
- Stock transfers and stock take updates.
o Online Cage
- Overseeing and controlling the cage
- Stock takes monthly with the Cargo Care team to balance and close off stock levels for the month.
- Checking online order payments via each payment portal.
- Daily recon on online orders and payments.
- Daily Woocommerce checks for errors and faults.
- Online Order checks to complete so they can be sent out.
- Invoicing and crediting online orders.
- Following up on deliveries with Courier Guy and Cargo care.
- Overseeing online Order Quality Control.
- Overseeing Online Order Returns Bay.
- Overseeing all IBT transfers to and from the online cage.
o Damages Warehouse
- All items transferred to the damages warehouse to be checked and approved by either one of the Directors.
- A stock list needs to be complied with details of damage as well as image.
- Overseeing all IBT transfers to and from the damages warehouse.
o Sale Warehouse
- Overseeing the sale warehouses that contain all sale product.
- Stock Take monthly to balance and close off the stock levels for the month.
- Outlet Weekly request and stock movement.
- Overseeing all IBT transfers to and from the Sale warehouses.
Storage Space
- Managing storage space
- Working together with the other brands to effectively share a storage space to make it easily accessible.
Outlet Store
- Managing stock replenishment weekly.
- Stock takes weekly to double check and balance stock levels.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the store with the regionals.
Freshive
- Communication on new drops with stock listings and pricing.
- General communication with online as a whole.
(price issues, stock concerns, integration issues, etc)
General
- Store Visits
- Driver Assistance
- Paper Shopping bags and Sale Bags tracking and ordering.
- Customer booklets tracking and ordering.
- Online Packaging tracking and ordering.
- Barlfy Scent and Diffuser machines replen and maintenance.
- Pricing Labels replen for both 2up and 1up lable printers.
- Till roll and credit card rolls tracking and ordering.
Requirements:
· Matric (Grade 12)
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail (Pref fashion)
· Pref comes out of the retail fashion Industry
· Will be reporting to the Group Brand Director
