Group Risk Manager

Icebolethu Group is currently in search of a Group Risk Manager .
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the establishment and implementation of a risk and compliance framework for Icebolethu Group to effectively manage all risk exposures that pose an internal/external threat to Icebolethu Group of Companies and ensure compliance to internal processes and policies, applicable laws and regulations, across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Risk and Compliance related field.
Experience and Knowledge Required Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in managing risk and compliance functions in a corporate environment, with seven (7) years at Management Level.
Knowledge of Corporate Regulatory Environment.
Business Continuity Management.
Regulatory and Legal Frameworks.
Risk Management and Compliance Policies, Strategies and Procedures.
Fraud prevention strategies and their implementation.
Proven experience in strategy and Business Development.
Experience in the Insurance/Funeral Assurance industry will be an added advantage.
A valid Driver's licence (not applicable to persons with disabilities) and willingness to travel for business purposes.
