Group Processing Manager

Oversee all processing operations and managing both coal and magnetite commodities in the Group.
Key Responsibilities:Take responsibility for all aspects of mineral processing activities within the Group.Responsible to ensure production, maintenance, recovery and cost targets are achieved.Prepare budgets, operating and processing plans and prepare forecasts.Collaborate with key departments such as mining operations, engineering, and geology.Monthly reporting.Ensure continuous improvement of the Group processing plants.Manage all contractors used for the processing plants, ensuring that KPI are met.Ensure compliance to HSE.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering.A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in a similar role within the mining sector.Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of coal and magnetite processing.In-depth understanding of mining regulations, environmental laws, and compliance standards.Strong track record of managing complex projects.Ability to work independently and within a team.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel as needed.For more information please contact:
