Group Payroll Manager

PAYROLL MANAGER My client in Wynberg is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to succeed their current Payroll Manager that will be retiring in the near future.
They need someone to manage the activities of the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
Ensure that all legal and legislative requirements relating to payroll are adhered to.
All death, disability, and termination claims are processed.
Experience Required 10 years + payroll management experience in a medium-sized organization, working on multiple payrolls, both monthly and weekly SARS returns Comprehensive knowledge of MIBCO agreement Comprehensive knowledge of Sage 300 People Clocking system (ERS Biometrics) knowledge Intermediate financial knowledge Education Needed Matric and/or payroll diploma or accounting diploma System Knowledge Required Microsoft (all suites) - Advanced Relevant payroll system SARS online systems Online banking systems ESS WCA / RMA online Job Outputs Completion and submission of all statutory and legislated requirements Sign off relevant payroll data from the payroll reporting facilities Optimal utilization of payroll-related systems Support the payroll supervisor in the management of the payroll team Training of payroll staff to ensure a competent payroll team and succession is available Performance management of payroll staff in conjunction with Payroll Supervisor Desired Skills Payroll Payroll Manager MIBCO WCA RMA Desired Work Experience More than 10 years Desired Qualification Level Diploma #J-18808-Ljbffr
