Group Legal and Compliance Manager (Telco Sector)Exciting opportunity for an admitted attorney to join international telecommunications market leader.An in-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation in ICT sector (local and international) plus 5 - 8 years' post admission experience in corporate IT/telecommunications required.JOB PURPOSEOverall responsibility for all legal engagements with Customers, Suppliers and other Company stakeholders. Conduct and lead contract negotiations ensuring best legal and commercial outcome for the Company. Responsible for all Group legal compliance (ICASA, BBBEE, POPI, Company Law etc).
