Group Hr & Total Reward Manager

Our client is looking for the services of a Group HR & Total Reward Manager to join their team in Fourways. You will need at least 5 years of experience in Senior HR Management, and 10 years of experience in Total Rewards Management. You need a SARA Accreditation as a Master/Chartered Reward Specialist, as well as Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification. Send your CV now!
Responsible for developing and implementing HR Operations strategies and compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role ensures that all HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, are aligned with the organization's objectives. Additionally, the manager oversees the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages to maintain market competitiveness and compliance with legal standards.
Critical Experience:Minimum of 10-15 total years' experience in all HRM aspectsAt least 5 years' experience in HR Management at senior management level10+ years Total Rewards ManagementMultinational experience is a plus, particularly in AfricaBroad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organisational development, employee relations, and transformation.Experience in driving HR transformation initiatives e.g. HR systems implementation, organisational restructures etc.Experience in HR reporting and analytics.Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and application of policies, frameworks, and strategy.Proficient in MS OfficeEducation:Relevant Bachelor's degree; postgraduate will be an added advantageSARA Accreditation as a Master/Chartered Reward SpecialistGlobal Remuneration Professional (GRP)
