Group Hr Manager - 4* Hotel Johannesburg

Job Title: Hotel HR Manager
A small 4* hotel group requires an experienced HOTEL HR manager with the following essential requirements:

3 year degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources
Experience in the Hospitality Industry
4 – 6 years experience in an HR generalist capacity, of which 3 years must be in a HR managerial role
Sound knowledge of legislation relating to the BCEA, LRA, OH&SA, BBBEE, EEA and MGA is critical
The ability to deal with staff at all levels of the organisation equally
The ability to be neutral when dealing with any situation between staff and management, having good judgement and ability to be objective
Confidentiality and integrity must be unquestionable
Advanced business communication skills enabling verbal and written communication at all levels
