Our client is seeking a Group Financial Director to join their team, based in DurbanDuties and Responsibilities:Financial reporting for all companies within the group (local and international)Monitoring and managing cash flowsFunding and facility negotiationsRisk management and implementation of controls in the export environment, including credit control, costing, insurance, and moreManaging agreements and legal mattersTax-related decisions and estate planningTraining and developmentEducation and Experience:Qualified CA (SA)Minimum 10 years' experience in a Financial Manager / Financial Director roleExperience in the FMCG, Logistics or Export sectors idealExperience managing foreign currency and controlsProven track record in overseeing financial operations for multiple companies – locally and internationallyStrong understanding of South African tax laws with additional experience in Internation taxation advantageous Knowledge and Skills:Strong decision-making abilities and risk-taking mindsetFast learner with a creative, out of the box thinking approach
