Group Export Administrator (For A Commercial Company)

My client from a Commercial Company is seeking a Group Export Administrator to join their team Responsibilities:Goods exported - DG and non-DGExports via Sea and Air freightKeep comprehensive records of all import and export transactions, including shipping documents, licenses, and compliance documentation for audit purposesAllocate / reserve stock for orders and process shipments in accordance with the SOPCollaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportationPrepare and review export documentation, these include invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations, ISF, EUR1, Organic certification compliance/inspection (NOP) and Form AStay informed about changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements to ensure compliance and adapt to export processes accordinglyRemain compliant with DG + IATA rules and regulationsDiploma in international trade, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Proof RequiredProven experience (min 2-3 years) in export operations, preferably in a similar roleKnowledge of Incoterms, tariff classification, and customs valuation methodologiesExperience in working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providersStrong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.Specialised knowledge 2-3 years experience in ocean and air exportsDangerous goods knowledge preferred DG CAT 6 training/certification a plusPastel Evolution experience preferred but not required
