Who are we :A fast-paced, rapidly growing fintech business.Who are we looking for :A Digital Marketing Manager to join our team of experts and help us develop and support digital transformation strategies for our clients.Must have :Previous experience in the Fintech, Banking, ecommerce industry and have previously worked in a digital agency.What will you do :Plan and manage digital acquisition activities for mobile app and website using platforms like SEM, social media, and display advertising.Collaborate with media agencies and specialist teams to optimize campaigns and control costs.Manage relationships with vendors, media agencies, and internal teams to meet acquisition goals.Measure and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets.Analyse trends to optimize spend and performance based on data insights.Conduct fraud monitoring for acquisition campaigns and take corrective actions.Plan and execute A / B testing to enhance campaign and creative performance.Suggest new digital channels for efficient user acquisition.Lead social media strategy and performance marketing initiatives.Oversee technical back-end processes for campaign implementation and tracking.
