You can expect a diverse team that supports you and with whom you can grow together and develop your potential.Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to fill the Group Aftersales Field Operations Manager position in the Group Aftersales Department – NSO Sandton.Brief Role DescriptionThe successful candidate will manage the specialist field force team for after-sales, primarily responsible for company and Group Parts turnover objectives, oil & tyres, motor body repairs and converters. By interfacing the Group Parts Division with the dealer network, through both fields consultation and the activities in the Dealer Support Centre, we strive to create the best motor dealer franchise parts departments that support the highest levels of customer satisfaction within the South African and Sub-Sahara Region.Possible Tasks within this RoleDetermine and set achievable sales targets, through external/internal research and dealer consultation to optimize genuine parts.Manage Company Group Africa and the dealer organization to achieve sales results above budget.Develop/co-ordinate all annual incentives trips for both PARTS and SERVICE Departments.Manage field force and Dealers to desired objectives.Provide an avenue for consultation and Dealer interfacing by means of feedback from mystery shopping and franchise standards audits via Regional Parts Managers and Dealer Support Centre to handle questions varying from day-to-day operational issues to "how do I run my parts department."Co-ordinate/control all Dealer meetings including sub-committees, roadshows, launch events and individual groups by offering accurate feedback and information relating to current and strategic issues.Monitor and support all Service/Parts Dealer Training, including consultation and appointment of all Service/Parts Managers, ensuring the right, qualified staff are always at the forefront of our business.Conduct follow-up meetings by calling upon Dealers not achieving agreed results to discuss reasons and actions to reverse current trends and subsequently monitoring these actions to ensure new results are maintained.Facilitate Customer (Dealer) Survey feedback and construct Action Plans to address gaps. Communicate Strategy/Action Plan to network.Manage the operation of the department efficiently to ensure achievement of all objectives, adherence to overhead budget, staff training and development, set by the Division Head including For Motion targets.Develop strategies to improve Homogenous Part Groups sales performance and action plans to counter deteriorating performance.Foster relationships with Senior Stakeholders in the Insurance industry to create leads and obtain market share for the Save a Car Program and increase sale potential for Group Parts.Qualification RequirementsDegree in Sales & Marketing ManagementExperience Needed5-8 years post-graduate management experience/specialist position in Sales and Marketing areaEssentialsGood understanding of financial measures and principles/Dealer Network (all Brands preferable).Experience/understanding of advertising business.Forecasting and Target setting experience.Must be computer literate in QMF and MS Office.Detailed knowledge of SAP is a mandatory requirement.Must have excellent negotiation skills.Added AdvantageExperience/understanding of Aftersales environmentGroup Parts Broad business exposurePlease forward CV and ALL supporting documentation to,
