Group Account Director

Duties & responsibilities:Assist Business Unit Directors and the Client Service Director in the execution of account plans/strategiesIdentify, develop and maintain key client relationshipsLink key clients to executive management Proactively identify opportunities for new business or for introducing other services into established accountsLead new client onboarding processesTake the lead in most strategic client meetingsManage Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives in their execution of the account planManage client expectations and deal with client challenges as they ariseHave an above-average knowledge of digital tools, trends, platforms, and channelsExperience: 10 - 15 years of experience in a digital marketing/advertising roleBachelor's degree or recognised diploma in marketing, communications, or a related fieldPost-graduate qualifications are an added bonusStrong understanding of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and associated administrative tools
