Qualification Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Certificate of equivalent Grain Grading Certificate Grain Fumigation Certificate (would be advantageous) Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 - 5 years grain grading experience Experience in food safety and hygiene audits Excellent administrative skills Computer literacy (MS Office Packages) Responsible for suppling production with good quality grain Ensuring management of stock levels Ensure that all data captured accordingly Responsible for health and safety as well as hygiene standards in the department according to set policies and procedures Ensure that correct grading of grain is done Ensure correct weighing is done and documentation completed for raw materials received and stored in silos accordingly
