We are searching for graduates with a passion for data analytics and reporting to help make data driven decisions. Reporting to the Manager: Client Relations Management (CRM), this role is responsible for gathering data, investigating, analysing, and evaluating other information alongside it, to identify possible problem areas within the business. Reports are produced, with recommendations to management on preventive or corrective actions. You will learn to create, manage, and analyse data to provide reports to support various departments within the organization. You must possess a strong understanding of data management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or IT
Knowledge and Skills:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings and recommendations. Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL). Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI), Data visualisation software, etc.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Data Management: Skilled in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes (combining data from multiple sources into a large, central repository and using business rules to clean and organize raw data and prepare it for storage, data analytics, and machine learning). Understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
Reporting and Visualization: Expertise in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. Ability to interpret data and present insights in a visually appealing manner.
Attention to Detail: Precision in data analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
Statistical Analysis: Basic understanding of statistical methods and their application in business analysis.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance.
