ResponsibilitiesProduct Management: Efficiently oversee the development of assigned projects using Advanced Product Quality Planning systems. Set and manage targets for project timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring on-time product launches.Product System Management: Maintain compliance with internal and external quality and environmental audits. Address problems and challenges promptly, and stay vigilant about timing deadlines and evolving manufacturing processes. Apply engineering principles to design and innovate brake components. Collaborate with the drawing office and utilize CAD to create conceptual interpretations. Ensure all designs adhere to product engineering requirements and meet manufacturing processes effectively.Research and Development: Engage in cost reduction and product rationalization activities. Identify cost-saving opportunities, conduct laboratory experiments, and evaluate new materials for brake pads. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.Reporting and Training: Prepare detailed reports, procedures, and design specifications. Keep stakeholders informed by reporting activity status at monthly management meetings. Proactively escalate issues to the Technical Manager-Brakes and provide timely information that impacts product design and manufacturing.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or Diploma with MECHATRONIC QUALIFICATIONStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
