Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the overall adherence & compliance to quality and grading standards of grain products received by stakeholders, as well as administration of grain products.
Requirements Grade 12/ NQF 4Minimum 1-3 years experience in grain gradingGrain Grading courseComputer literateCode 8 Driver's LicenseClear Criminal Record
Computer literate in Microsoft OfficeConstantly adding value to the current functions of the position
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute grading of grain products according to regulations and standards;Daily grading of incoming and outgoing Raw Materials at the silo, according to procedure
Ensure equipment is of a functional standard, maintained and calibrated where applicable;Report any quality discrepancies directly to the senior;Provide general support to the department such as accurate tracking of stock control cardsAssist with the administrative functions related to security, health and safety aspectsManage client services by ensuring processes are in place to prevent escalation of client complaintBe a GWK ambassador and a good team player.
