Ability to motivate and manage a fantastic team of 25.Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational management role leading teams (minimum 15 people).Experience with managing budgets and being accountable to P&L performance.Highly computer literate with intermediate-advanced excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Office 365.Experience with recruitment and hiring staff.High level of data analysis and reporting experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.Must possess adaptability, versatility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.ABOUT YOU Reporting to the Area Manager, your natural business acumen and strong work ethic will be a great advantage in this role. By maximising the profitability of the branch, and keeping our budget in line with strategic goals, you will actively seek out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.
