About the Role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting and driving sales in international markets. This role involves researching and sourcing leads, setting up meetings with potential clients, and negotiating service agreements. The successful candidate will manage their business development administration using CRM tools and will work to grow a global client base by building strong relationships. Requirements: Postgraduate Degree; Three or more years of B2B Business Development experience; Solid experience in proposing and delivering solutions; Proficiency in sales conversion, sales pipeline management, and business development; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Ability to deliver engaging presentations; Project management or operational experience (advantageous); Previous international business development experience (advantageous). Role & Responsibilities: Research and source leads; Reach out to prospects via Phone, Email, and LinkedIn; Set up meetings with potential clients; Create and implement solutions for clients using company resources; Negotiate service agreements with international businesses; Manage business development administration with CRM (Salesforce); Grow a global client base by building relationships with executives and industry players; Stay updated with new products, services, and commercial models; Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring the best service and attention.
