The Global Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple countries.
This role requires a detailed-oriented professional with expertise in payroll systems, international regulations, and the ability to collaborate with local HR, finance teams, and third-party payroll providers. The ideal candidate fits the below profile: Strong communication skills Motivated and self-driven (entrepreneurial outlook) Committed to technical excellence Good relationship builders (internal and external) Collaborative personality Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in multiple countries Ensure payroll accuracy by verifying employee data, timesheets, benefits, and tax compliance Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain compliance with local and international payroll regulations Prepare and submit statutory reports such as tax filings, social security, and labor reports Stay updated on changes to global payroll laws and regulations Work with our local accounting partners in each payroll region to resolve payroll queries if any Work with HR and IT teams to ensure payroll systems are up-to-date and optimized Manage integrations between payroll systems and other platforms (e.g., ERP, HRIS) Support audits and provide necessary payroll documentation Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a global or multinational environment Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, Payspace) Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations and tax compliance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent Global Payroll Management Certificate or similar.
