Responsibilities Oversees all MDM related business processes and is responsible for timely and correct execution of master data creation and maintenance across TMF.
Strong promotor of MDM within TMF.
Report directly into Global Finance Director.
Lead data migration team to ensure timely and accurate migration of data from old systems to the new ERP currently being implemented.Defines and owns the MDM strategy, data management principles and policies and translate this into a clear multi-year plan.Leading MDM team of currently 20+ people and with the aim to increase further, while building team pyramid structure and ensuring proper work allocation.Establish and implement MDM capabilities and best practices aligned with business domains and transformation goals and priorities.Establishes an Operating Model by building effective partnerships with business domains and implement clear roles & responsibilities close to the business.Active involvement in all business- and IT initiatives cross function to access impact on master data.Drives continuous improvement and supports the business to next maturity level.
To be successful in the role, ideal candidate should poses: 7+ years professional experience within the MDM area with at least 3 years of senior management experienceExcellent project and team management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills required to effectively work with different stakeholders on different levels within the TMF organisation.Strong communication skills.
