We are dedicated to transforming the face of trade, expanding our operations rapidly to better connect businesses and consumers worldwide.Location: Johannesburg, ZAGlobal Marketing ManagerPurpose of the JobSenior, strategic and commercially minded B2B Marketer and Salesforce expert, who will be responsible for defining and delivering account-based marketing initiatives that generate new sales pipeline and expand on existing opportunities within target accounts. Working closely with our sales teams, you'll play a key role in growing our ABM marketing function, an exciting and strategic area of focus for our business.Job DescriptionCreate and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts, including 1 to 1, 1 to few and 1 to many initiatives to help achieve our sales revenue goals.Research specific industry sectors, organisations and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customised collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle.Develop strong relationships with the account teams. Act as the link between the sales team and global marketing, ensuring materials meet brand requirements and messaging is consistent.Improve marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.Learn the target market's pain points and dive deep into their niche.Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals.Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.Minimum Requirements:8+ years B2B marketing experience.Proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.Extensive experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars and emails as well as content creation.Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a big plus.Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.Thorough understanding of the GCC market is a plus.
