Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who believe they have the required skills, passion, and competencies to take on this position.Key competencies and responsibilities of this role include:A recognised degree or professional qualification in sports management or an associated field is an advantage.Suitable work experience in managing school sports administration and logistics is a distinct advantage.Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Teams and Excel.Candidate must be willing and open to learning various financial and administrative software packages and data management systems.Excellent written and communication skills.Excellent organisational, time management and administration skills.The ability to coordinate the necessary logistics and operations associated with girls' sport including facilities bookings, management of equipment, coaches, transport, and travel.Have experience preparing budgets and allocating spending on equipment, team travel and coaches.Coordinate with coaches, teachers, and sports staff regarding the scheduling of matches and practice sessions.Collaborate with other schools regarding matches, festivals, and tournaments.Be willing to work as part of a team and assist where needed. This includes weekend tournaments, fixtures, and festivals (both home and away).A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.Willingness to work with sports specialists, coaches and a variety of stakeholders across the College campus.Any staff member working within a school is required to have a sexual offender's clearance certificate.
