Our client is seeking German support consultants for a leading brand in the electronics and information technology sector.
Duties and responsibilities Providing in-depth technical support for smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other devices.Assisting customers with software issues, hardware malfunctions, connectivity problems, and other technical difficulties.Guiding customers through the initial setup of their devices.Assisting with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat, or tickets.Helping customers manage their accounts, including password resets, account recovery, and billing inquiries.Requirements Fluent in German B22 years Customer Services experience as a German ConsultantGrade: 12Must be credit and criminal clearTechnical support experience - Desirable
