The German-speaking MICE & Project Specialist - Leisure Travel will be responsible for handling leisure travel projects with a focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) for German-speaking clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the leisure travel industry, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a proactive approach to planning and executing successful travel experiences. The MICE & Project Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and design tailor-made itineraries that meet their needs.Responsibilities:Manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) projects for German-speaking clients.Create and design leisure travel itineraries, with a focus on safari experiences.Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.Research and recommend suitable travel products, accommodations, and services.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operation of travel arrangements.Handle travel inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.Monitor and evaluate the quality of travel services provided.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Experience:3-5 years of experience in leisure travel, preferably with a focus on MICE.Experience in itinerary design and leisure sales.Knowledge of inbound travel and safari itineraries.Prior experience as a travel consultant or in travel sales is advantageous.Experience in handling group travel and incentives travel.
