Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Customer Support Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa will include:
Providing telephonic and ticket support to clients on utilising our softwareEnsuring that customer service levels are maintained at a high standardWorking closely with their Implementations Team to ensure a seamless transition of client accounts to supportTraining hoteliers in using software to their best advantage on all possible touch pointsEnsuring your required KPI's and contact points are maintained at the required daily level, including maintaining customer support SLAsProactively calling hoteliers to convince them of the added value of our additional paid featuresFun & productive collaboration with their other teams, specifically your German teammatesOccasionally assisting in creating video & written content to teach our hoteliers in all possible topics so they can use the software in the most self-sufficient wayRequirements for this German speaking Customer Support Consultant job in Cape Town, South Africa:
