QualificationsWhat you will bring to the role: Minimum of five years' experience in luxury hotel managementCollege degree requiredFluent in French and EnglishGood understanding of the local market, with prior experience in Latin America, the Caribbean, or South AmericaExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptable and flexible, with the capacity to set high goals and standards for smooth hotel operationsStrategic, creative, and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goalsEffective management style: hands-on, approachable, and aligned with our Leader modelDemonstrated leadership and organizational skillsBottom-line oriented with an emphasis on quality guest service and team buildingUnderstanding/experience of union relations, where applicableAdditional InformationLa Maison Values:
