They are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a General Manager or a Senior Deputy Manager. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the unique energy and pace of London's city life.As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the bar's financial and service performance, aiming for an average weekly turnover of £35,000 to £45,000.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, with significant experience in managing high-volume, commercially driven businesses that prioritize quality.
