Requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Highly Beneficial)
A minimum of 3 years General Management experience in a 3/4/5-star Boutique Hotel and +10 years' experience in hospitality. (Essential)
Must be comfortable with events and possess good organisational skills.
Management of staff, finance experience, oversee reception, incoming sales conversions, stock take, etc.
Important: ability to work with other cultures, be a team player, and a motivator.
Strong personality and highly motivated.
Excellent people skills, adept at managing small teams.
Good financial acumen.
Must be able to work shifts/weekends/public holidays.
Responsible for all hotel services/daily operations, such as guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, expense/budget management, team building, and employee development.
Overseeing all stock sheets.
PMS & reservations experience and vast knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, tour operators, etc.).
Must be available to start immediately.

Description:

Good all-rounder with knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, HR, Project Management, etc.).
A person that is highly respectful of local cultures and works well with local staff members.
Create and maintain a detailed skills development plan for all staff.
Guest-focused philosophy.
Must work accurately under pressure.
People skills – tolerance, patience, and care.
