About the Institution: Our client, a Private Higher Education Institution, with two campuses in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, seeks a General Manager (GM) to lead a diverse team. The General Manager (GM) will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be a successful leader to inspire the professional, administrative and support staff to implement strategy and operational plans. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, operational expertise, and the ability to manage the operational risks to achieve the organisations strategic and operational goals and objectives.
