General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. This role demands a motivated and experienced leader with a strong background in managing large teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Micros and Opera systems, expertise in food and beverage costing, and the ability to manage service providers and supplier liaisons. You should be comfortable working under pressure, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 50 – 70 staff and report directly to the Directors.
