Job Summary / Purpose: To be responsible for all aspects of growth and development of The Company.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Areas:Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, prices, values, product mix and timescalesForecast Pro Sales PlanningNew business Agent contracts, Distribution channelsDrives customer satisfaction throughout organization balancing cost to serveMeet sales/gross profit targets in line with budget.Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service callsClient visits new and service identify and follow up business leadsWrite proposal documents and tenders, negotiate fees and rates in line with Co policy and comply with approvals and discounts allowed and Issue Terms of BusinessDefend and gain market share keeping pricing parametersMaintain and develop existing and new customers/territories through retail distribution contract set up and maintenance, planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staffMonitor and report on activities and provide relevant management informationGive proper product forecasts in line with budgetMaintain pricing parameters and margin controlMaintain and initiate reporting processesLiaise and attend meetings and trials with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development and function as a fortified food commercial representative of the company.
