Responsibilities:Manage the implementation of the HCM Strategy and Operational PlanProvide leadership, development and management of the HCM team.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for mutual benefit.Oversee the Kruger National Park remuneration and benefitsActively engage in Change Management initiatives, Transformation efforts, and Culture-related processes.Manage the learning and development interventions within KNPOversee Employee Relations, Employee Wellness and Occupational Health and SafetyManage Accuracy of Payroll and all other HCM operational interventionsLead and manage the recruitment, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Maintain sound governance and financial management of the KNP HCM unit.Implement programs that encourage transformation, diversity and inclusion within the workplace.Analyze HCM data to make informed decisions and provide reports to senior management.Desired Skills:Same as aboveDesired Work Experience:5 to 10 years Middle / Department Management
