General Manager: Financial and Operational Audit at MTN - Gauteng, JohannesburgJob Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies) Education:
minimum of 4-year tertiary degree (in accounting or Auditing)
CA (SA) or equivalent
CIA advantageous
MBA or Masters advantageous
Relevant certification, accreditation/membership with professional body as required for role
Experience:
8-10 years senior management experience or more, with at least 3 years in relevant sector, industry area of specialisation (understanding emerging markets advantageous).
Worked across diverse cultures, geographies and jurisdictions.
Experience working in fast-paced environment with constant change.
Experience working in medium- to large-sized organizations.
Experience in coordinating integrated reporting.
Track record in demonstrating high-level of ethical conduct, integrity and independence.
Track record and experience interacting confidently with senior management and board level.
