If yes, then MiWay is the place for you!Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of a single call centre or business segment. Oversees operating systems, including policies, procedures, and operating structure. Establishes and implements product/service standards. Responsible for analysing the operations and efficiency of the call centre. May build industry relations, communicate technologies, and address operational concerns through industry networking. It also needs to obtain new campaigns from internal clients and build the credibility of the call centre with potential clients.Minimum Qualifications RequiredStandard 10/NQF4/MatricRE 5Business management related qualification (advantageous)Minimum ExperienceMinimum 5 years' commercial Sales experienceMinimum 5 years' in a Team Manager roleUnderstanding of Sales system and applicable processes that impact on the sales processDeliverables include, but will not be limited toCoaching of sales teams: Sales skills, telephone etiquette, product knowledge and development changes.Active participation and involvement with regards to new development and changes.Effectively manage daily operations of the call centreDriving and achieving monthly sales targetsCreating reports, presenting them, and submitting to Executive Head of Business InsuranceEssential RequirementsWritten and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailSupervisory skillsConflict handling and manage team dynamicsSelf-motivated, inspire othersMotivation and desire to excelProblem solving skills and solution orientedFlexibilityAbility to multi-task and cope with pressurePerformance management experienceCommitment to personal and team goalsProfessionalismAbility to apply business rules and processesProvide technical guidance to team membersBuild a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
