Furthermore, this role is responsible for identifying the overall business capabilities required for consistency, efficiency and collaborative implementation of operations and services.What You Will Be DoingDeliver the highest quality of operational standards for all services at country level, as per airline standards and mutually agreed SLAs.Manage activities of assigned personnel, exercising administrative & financial authority.Ensure operational integrity performance for country's SPI (safety performance indicators) and KRIs (key risks indicators) as per company QHSE standards & norms.Ensure implementation of required manual and standard operating procedures, incorporating client airline manuals and procedures.Ensure overall compliance of all processes to reduce the number of incidents/accidents.Manage and assume accountability for QHSE & security guidelines and norms for effective implementation of integrated quality, safety, security and environment management system.Safety, Security, Wellbeing and ComplianceYou will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
