General Manager – 5-Star Hotel

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a luxury hotel in Graskop.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hotel management and be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and managing financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead hotel operations and ensure high service standards.Manage budgets, sales plans, and financial reports.Oversee daily hotel operations, including guest services and staff management.Implement policies and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Maximize revenue through yield management and operational efficiency.Address guest complaints and ensure service recovery.Work closely with department heads and manage team performance.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience.Proven leadership and strong financial acumen (P&L experience).Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure.Experience with hotel systems (PMS, POS) preferred.Formal hospitality qualification is an advantage.Knowledge of legal and safety compliance regulations.Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
