Job Duties: Perform basic HSSE initial investigation to assess sit Perform basic maintenance services Respond to clients maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform quality checks on work performed Required Qualifications: Handyman certificate Trade test Education: Relevant vocational training in maintenance or a related field Experience: Minimum 2 years experience performing maintenance activities  in the manufacturing / services industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficiently Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in specific maintenance areas Experience working in a facilities management environment Working Conditions: Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions Physical requirements including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods May be required to work in confined spaces or at heights
