Job Duties:Perform basic HSSE initial investigation to assess sitPerform basic maintenance servicesRespond to clients maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerPerform quality checks on work performedRequired Qualifications:Handyman certificateTrade testEducation:Relevant vocational training in maintenance or a related field
Experience:Minimum 2 years experience performing maintenance activities in the manufacturing / services industry
Knowledge and Skills:Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systemsAbility to diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficientlyGood communication skills and ability to work well in a teamPreferred Qualifications:Additional certifications in specific maintenance areasExperience working in a facilities management environmentWorking Conditions:Work may involve exposure to various weather conditionsPhysical requirements including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsMay be required to work in confined spaces or at heights
