General Engineering Superintendent (Ges) - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled General Engineering Superintendent (GES) to join their mining team in Gauteng. As a General Engineering Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all engineering activities within the mining operation.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all engineering activities within the mining operation.Implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement risk mitigation measures.Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Manage a team of engineering professionals and provide guidance and support.Requirements:Grade 12.Degree/National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical).Valid Trade Test Certificate (Electrical).5 years' experience in the mining industry, with 3 years in a Foreman position.Extensive Coal experience.Extensive DMS Plant and Mobile Machinery experience.Benefits:Salary: Negotiable.Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable).
