Overview Description:Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled General Engineering Superintendent (GES) to join their mining team in Gauteng.
As a General Engineering Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all engineering activities within the mining operation.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all engineering activities within the mining operationImplement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencyMonitor compliance with safety regulations and implement risk mitigation measuresAnalyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsManage a team of engineering professionals and provide guidance and support Requirements: Grade 12Degree/National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical).Valid Trade Test Certificate (Electrical)5 years' experience in the mining industry whereas 3 years' must be in a Foreman position.Extensive Coal experienceExtensive DMS Plant, and Mobile Machinery experience.
