The Garment Technologist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, fit, and performance of garments from initial design through to the final product. The successful candidate will work closely with designers, manufacturers, and quality assurance teams to develop, test, and improve garment specifications, ensuring all products meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
Garment Technologist Responsibilities Develop and update the block library to ensure consistency across rangesAttend fit sessions, review samples, make fit comments and send comments to factoriesCreate detailed tech packsWork with factories overseasConduct in-house testing to ensure products are fit for purposeMinimum Requirements The Garment Technologist must have previous experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
