Oakhill School, a co-educational day school situated in the beautiful town of Knysna, on the Garden Route, seeks to appoint someone responsible for the management and coordination of all internal and external functions and events including special occasions and fundraising.The successful candidate will be expected to:Adopt and display high standards of professional conductBe well groomed and energeticBe proficient in events management and office administrationHave exceptional verbal and written communication skillsBe highly organised, methodical and thoroughHave the ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, prioritise and be flexiblePossess excellent interpersonal skillsBe a great team player and have a friendly and approachable mannerBe confidential and discreteLive by the values of Oakhill SchoolBe fully computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and possess database management experience.
