Role Summary: As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You will be responsible for creating detailed requirement documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Your role will involve facilitating workshops, collaborating with developers, and ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: Create detailed requirement documentation, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions.
Collaborate closely with developers to clarify functional requirements and address any questions.
Support the development team by providing guidance on best practices and Agile principles.
Work with testing teams to define test cases based on functional requirements.
Encourage a culture of learning, adaptability, and innovation within the team.
Qualifications & Experience: Mid-Level Functional Analyst: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analysis.
Experience following an Agile methodology.
Tools Experience: JIRA/Octane, Confluence, draw.io, Miro, Canva.
Telco experience is preferred.
Senior Functional Analyst: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analysis.
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
Tools Experience: JIRA/Octane, Confluence, draw.io, Miro, Canva.
Telco experience is preferred.
