Short Description
Responsible for supporting the existing AR Actual process and assisting in analyzing and implementing new processes.
Fulfill delivery to the business of processes during month-end cycles in support of the business and reporting calendar.Perform quality assurance (testing) of new and/or amended processes introduced by Transform/Operational initiatives.
AccountabilitySupporting the Planning processes as per the defined process and business calendar.Pro-active and consistent communication with business stakeholders during planning cycles.Manage the delivery of technical jobs to execute business processes as per the business and reporting calendar.Manage the Platform team to deliver processes as per the process calendar.Functional owner for existing and new processes.Continuously identify and enhance existing processes and remove duplication where applicable.Ensure that new processes are aligned to the Unified Financial Architecture (Target State Finance Architecture).Active participation in transform projects to ensure that processes are documented and managed effectively by the Value stream.Clear understanding and ownership of the end-to-end process, integration, and dependencies of processes between the various landscapes and systems in FBS.Active management and resolution of incidents raised by the business.Identify process-related incidents and take corrective action.Availability to support breakdowns in processes as and when they occur.Ability to work effectively within the broader FBS team and process delivery team.Develop and manage the relationship between FBS and finance stakeholders assigned to you.Plan changes requested well in advance and track system readiness.System preparation for month-end processes – Execution against Checklist.

Qualifications / Knowledge:CA / B Comm Honours / B Comm / CIMA or equivalent degree.Comprehensive functional knowledge of BW/FMI and BPC NW.
