Closing date: 29 August 2024 Description The graduate development programme is a structured programme specifically designed to produce a pipeline of competent new entrants in the labour market and to assist the FSCA to deliver on its mandate to:
Transform the integrity of financial markets;Protect financial customers by promoting fair treatment by financial institutions;Provide financial customers with financial education and maintaining financial stability.Roll out plan of the programme Recommended candidates will be given an opportunity to learn under the supervision of a dedicated mentor. The graduate development programme provides trainees with workplace experience necessary to help grow professionally within the financial sector. Trainees are exposed to various competency-based training during the 24-month graduate development programme.
