Front Office Manager - Mkuze

Game Lodge close to Mkuze is looking for a Front Office Manager to give elevation to guest experiences.

Supporting and supervising Reservations and Front Desk
Ensuring all guests profiles and billing are accurate
Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
Handling guests' complaints and special requests
Ensuring reception operation runs smoothly
Monitoring all front office supplies – key cards, key card holders and brochures
Ensuring month end reports and booking recons are completed
Ensuring Guests experience is excelled

Requirements:

Matric
Excellent Opera Knowledge
2-3 years as a Front Office manager in a 4* star hotel
Office Management/and or related qualification will be advantageous.
Energetic and enthusiastic
Ability to make decisive decisions
Flexible
Team player
Can work under pressure
Bubbly personality
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
