Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.Manage and train the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest service.Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions.Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping to optimize occupancy.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).Foster a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members.QualificationsMust have a valid South African ID.
