We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive and organized work environment. If you are a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, we'd love for you to join our team.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, including administrative support and office supplies.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and managing vendor relationships.
Implement and maintain office procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to manage budgets and handle financial transactions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Grade 12/Matric certificate required, with additional qualifications in office management or related fields being advantageous.
