Front Office Attendant

Details of the offer

Opera System Experience required, for a minimum of 2 years.
3 years' experience in a hotel reception
Polite, friendly person that can think on their feet. . Well-spoken and presented individual.
Strong administration skills
Grade12 and computer literate.
Answer and direct telephone calls.
Assist with queries and guest's complaints.
Make reservations, adjustments to reservations.
Process payments and compile invoices of guests stay.
Daily reporting and handovers
Do guest check ins and guest check outs
