Front Of House Restaurant Manager - Parkhurst

Very busy modern Restaurant in Parkhurst is looking for a front of house manager.
Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management.
Candidates with 3+ years management experience in a sit-down Restaurant will be considered.
Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a busy front of house Restaurant operation.
Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills.

Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups essential.
Duties will include staff / waiter management, stock control, opening & closing procedures.
Looking for someone who works well in a team.

Salary R 12 – 18 K net depending on experience.
